Changed the name from Imperial General Foods Industry Co., Ltd. to KCG Corporation Co., Ltd.

Acquired 99.9% of Indoguna (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Converted from a limited company to a public company and changed the name to KCG Corporation Plc.

Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 3 August 2023.
