KCG Corporation Public Company Limited is committed to driving business by taking the needs of stakeholders into account, creating long-term mutual value, and recognizing the significance of sustainability governance. Therefore, a policy has been established for management on issues pertaining to social, environmental, and governance, including human rights policy and anti-corruption policy, through the code of ethics and code of business conduct, which cover a three-dimensional structure for sustainable operations as follows:

  • Environment: Prioritize the environmental management system within the organization by emphasizing the efficient and effective use of resources and the sustainable procurement of raw materials throughout the supply chain.
  • Social: Deliver safe and quality products to consumers, manage human resources so that they can reach their full potential and have a good quality of life, and participate in enhancing the quality of life for the community and society as a whole.
  • Governance: Conduct business in accordance with good governance principles while focusing on investing and creating sustainable business value by meeting the needs of customers and generating long-term mutual value.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations are integrated and applied in relevant areas as a guideline for sustainability management that is appropriate and consistent with the organization's vision, mission, nature of business, and strategic plan. This includes significant sustainability issues and stakeholder expectations. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are comprised of 17 main goals and 169 sub-goals that address a wide range of sustainability issues. KCG is committed to supporting 7 of the 17 sustainable development goals but also prioritizes the remaining 10 goals in order to create long-term value for all of its stakeholders.
