KCG is contributing to the growth of Thai society through the KCG x Chef Kong Career Creation Project, an initiative that teaches people how to develop new bakery menus through both online content and hands-on workshops at customer locations, using a concept that’s easy to follow, commercially viable, scalable, and cost-calculated.

Chef Kong Nawat Petchsri, a well-known chef from Top Chef, travels across Thailand to train SMEs, homemakers, and job seekers looking to build a sustainable income. The project not only strengthens customer relationships and introduces participants to KCG’s product line, but also equips local communities, where our customers are located, with practical skills to generate income. Online video lessons are available via YouTube and social media, making the training accessible to all. The emphasis is on making baking accessible for beginners by simplifying steps, minimizing ingredients and time while providing pricing and cost guidance to help new skills become viable bakery businesses.
