KCG Light Up Your Passion, Cook Up Your Dream, Season 3 returns with the exciting theme "The Next Gen: European Technique x Thai Twist," challenging participants to combine European baking techniques with distinctive Thai flavors to create signature Gen Z-inspired menu creations using KCG's premium-quality ingredients, including Allowrie butter and cheese, as well as Imperial bakery ingredients trusted by professional pastry chefs. In addition, participating students will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of world-class premium ingredients imported and distributed by KCG.
