KCG remains confident in its continued growth throughout the year.

Mr. Damrongchai Vipawatanakul, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of KCG Corporation Public Company Limited (KCG), a leader in food products for modern lifestyles in Thailand, reported its Q1/2025 operating results, achieving sales of THB 2,036.5 million, an increase of 14.1% YoY, and a net profit of THB 122.2 million, up 70.6% YoY, supported by strong demand in both domestic and international markets. In the domestic market, growth was seen across both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels. The growth was also driven by improved sales of new products that replaced discontinued items under the SKU rationalization, which was completed in Q3/2024, driving a continued upward trend from Q4/2024 compared to the same period last year. KCG also demonstrated agility in cost management through continuous improvements in machinery and production processes. Operational expenses were effectively controlled, benefiting further from the KCG Logistics Park distribution center and solar rooftops. These factors collectively drove both revenue and profit to impressive levels in Q1/2025.

Despite ongoing uncertainties arising from the United States’ announcement of reciprocal tariff increases on several countries worldwide, the impact on KCG is expected to be limited, as the Company’s export volume is relatively small, and it does not export products to the U.S. market. Furthermore, KCG is the market leader in butter and cheese products in Thailand, with strong fundamentals across various aspects of its operations. It demonstrates high adaptability to changing conditions, strong product development capabilities aligned with market needs, and the ability to create new consumer trends. With a nationwide distribution network and a focus on improving production efficiency and cost management, KCG remains confident in its continued growth outlook for 2025.

“The Company has elevated sustainable development as one of its core strategies, aiming to grow the business sustainably while ensuring good corporate governance. The Company is also committed to driving innovation and adopting technology to deliver products and services that promote consumer health. This reflects the Company’s success as a leading provider of food products for modern lifestyles in Thailand, while maintaining environmentally and socially responsible business practices," Mr. Damrongchai concluded.
