
KCG Corporation Public Company Limited (KCG), a leading western culinary provider for modern lifestyle from Thailand, officially opened its new “KCG Logistics Park” on August 29, 2024, marking a major step in its strategic business expansion following its IPO fundraising in 2023. With an investment of 350 million baht, the new distribution center and warehouse spans 15 rai within the Bang Phli factory. The facility significantly enhances KCG’s supply chain and inventory management capabilities, integrating innovative technology for sustainability. KCG Logistics Park was designed to accelerate business strategy with exponential growth target of 10 billion baht within the next 3 to 5 years, reinforcing its leadership in the Western food product market, KCG operates with full integration across production, distribution, and quality control, ensuring product excellence all the way to the consumer.

We view the distribution center and warehouse as a critical link between KCG’s high-quality production and the timely, safe delivery of products under more than 50 brands to our customers, while preserving product integrity throughout the process. To achieve this, we’ve invested 350 million baht in developing a new, internationally standardized facility that not only enhances our competitiveness but also supports our commitment to sustainability.”
KCG Logistics Park is a distribution center and warehouse spanning over 12,000 square meters, comprising six buildings designed to store raw materials and products across all temperature zones—including ambient, air-conditioned, chilled, and frozen—with a storage capacity of up to 14,000 pallets. A key highlight of the facility is the integration of advanced technology to enhance warehouse and supply chain management. This includes automation systems such as the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Pallet Shuttle Racking System, and Fulfilment System for precise inventory and order management. Additionally, the park features data-driven tools like the Transportation Management System (TMS) and GPS Tracking System, which support real-time monitoring and optimization of delivery operations, ensuring accurate, fast, and safe product distribution. Beyond efficiency, the new facility is expected to generate significant cost savings, helping KCG reduce external warehouse rental expenses by approximately 50 million baht per year.
“KCG Logistics Park is a distribution center and warehouse that fully aligns with our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. This includes the use of EV delivery vehicles, lithium battery-powered forklifts, and the ongoing installation of solar panels at KCG Logistics Park in Bang Phli, as well as at our three regional distribution centers in Chiang Mai, Surat Thani, and Khon Kaen. Together, they are expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 1,400 tons of CO₂ equivalent per year, which is comparable to planting over 120,000 trees, and will also help the Company save around 10 million baht annually in electricity costs.
