This marks the second consecutive year KCG has received this top-tier recognition, reinforcing its role as a model in applying best practices of corporate governance in the conduct of Annual General Meetings.
This achievement is in line with KCG’s strong performance in the first half of 2025, during which the company reported a net profit of 221.1 million baht, an increase of 33.1% from the previous year. Total revenue reached 3,932.7 million baht, up 13.2% from the previous year. These results reaffirm KCG’s commitment to its long-term vision of becoming a leading food business that not only delights consumers but also creates meaningful value for society and safeguards the environment—a strategy that continues to drive sustainable growth.
Mr. Damrongchai Vipawattanakul, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of KCG Corporation Public Company Limited, stated: “Receiving a perfect score of 100 on the AGM Checklist for two consecutive years, a comprehensive assessment conducted by the Thai Investors Association that evaluates pre-meeting, meeting-day, and post-meeting practices, confirms that KCG conducts its shareholder meetings to the highest standards, with full transparency and genuine respect for shareholder rights. When combined with our strong first-half performance, this recognition reinforces that KCG is truly moving in the right direction.”
Strong First-Half Performance
In the first half of 2025, KCG reported a net profit of 221.1 million baht, marking a 33.1% increase from the previous year. This performance was driven by total sales of 3,932.7 million baht, up 13.2% from the previous year. In the second quarter alone, the company recorded sales of 1,896.2 million baht, a 12.3% increase from the previous year, and a net profit of 99.0 million baht, representing a 4.7% increase.
This growth was fueled by increased sales across all distribution channels, combined with effective production and cost management, despite continued pressure from rising raw material prices. Looking ahead, KCG remains confident in its ability to sustain growth momentum throughout the second half of the year, supported by stabilizing input costs and strict cost control measures.
