KCG Proudly Congratulates Chef Phueng – Thailand’s Representative – on Winning Second Place at the Le Gall Cup 2025 in France!

She brought acclaim to her country by securing second runner-up at the international dessert competition, the Le Gall Cup 2025 finals, held in Brest, France, on June 27, 2025.

Chef Pueng clinched second place in the finals, where she showcased her dish, "Gems in Brest." This culinary masterpiece, a Brittany apple cheesecake paired with baked Le Gall strawberry ice cream and a crisp hazelnut tuile, beautifully expressed the distinct qualities of French ingredients through her impressive technique and creative vision. Her interpretation of the "Plated Dessert" challenge stood out among competitors from France, England, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and China.
