Dividend Policy & Payment

KCG’s has the policy to pay dividend at the rate of not less than 40% of the net profit after deductions for income tax and all legal reserves as required by law and articles of association of the Company.

However, the dividend payment must not over than the retained earnings on the separate financial statements and in case where a company has the separate financial statements accumulated loss, non-dividends be paid.

However, the Company’s dividend payment may be adjusted depending on our performance, financial condition and Company liquidity, the need for working capital, future business expansion plans and other factors relating to management of the Company’s business as the Board of Directors deem appropriate.
