Since 1895, our family mill of one hundred passionate people has been producing high quality flours to provide artisan bakers all around the world with reliable solutions, and to people around the world with their daily bread - Especially the traditional French Baguette. Every day, we select our French cereals and work on the quality of our organic and conventional types of flour, stone-ground or roller milled ground on cylinders. We are among the very few mills in the Paris region to produce our stone-ground flour and organic flour ourselves. Today, we are accredited with the highest quality standards, and are awarded the Label Rouge for many of our flours.
