The company organized the Hi-Road Whipped Cream Bakery Seminar to introduce the brand’s two new products: Pefreshing Whip Topping Milk Fat Mix (characterized by its fragrance, texture, and delicious taste) and U-JADEO (the first non-dairy topping that can withstand fruit acids, best for baking cakes and mousse with fruits as ingredients). The seminar sought to share baking knowledge with guests to enhance their personal business developments. The baking demonstrations were led by “Mr. Yan Chun Jun”, an expert on whipping cream and an experienced chef of KCG. The seminar was hosted at Asia Hotel Bangkok on Saturday, 31 January 2015.
