Cooking Training for Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

"Daungsamorn Punthusane" (third from left – front row), Advisor to President & CEO – Corporate Social Responsibillity and "Weerayut Kusolsongserm" (furthest right – front row), Vice President of Corporate Communications (KCG) welcomed "Suwit Saengsanae" (second from right – front row), Director of Vocational Promotion Bureau, Social Development Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and 30 trainees at Bangkok Training Center to attend the "Exceptional Recipes Shared by KCG" program at Imperial Bakery And Food Culinary School (IBAF) on August 3, 2015.

The course allowed participants to cook a dozen of savoury and sweet dishes. Pastries and desserts were strawberry crêpes, Suzette crêpes, and chocolate banana crêpes roll. Meals ranged from roasted pork on rice and fresh grilled chicken noodle wraps, to rice with chicken in gravy.

The session was staged as part of KCG's environmental and social CSR initiatives. It disseminated the knowledge and techniques of food and pastries cooking trained by highly-experienced and competent IBAF trainers for the general public to start a cooking business.
